Caszoid offers a 7-day Replacement Guarantee on all products. Please get in touch with us within 7 Days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced.
All our products are 100% quality checked before being dispatched. Also, the products are packed very carefully so that they reach you without any damages.
Still, in the case of any unusual mishappening to the product during transit, or if you experience any issues with the product, or if the product is received in an unusable condition, you can request a replacement, and our team will assist you in the best way possible.

Please explain the issue with the product (why it is in an unusable condition), and our team will ensure that the issue is rectified at the earliest possible time.
Replacement Terms & Conditions:
- A replacement will only be provided if you have received the product in an unusable condition.
Important Notice 1: Since all monitors and phone screens have different color configurations (brightness/contrast settings), replacements will not be provided for color differences. Even if you view the same photograph on two different phone screens, colors may appear slightly different. We hope you understand the natural variation in screen colors.
Important Notice 2: Please read the product description carefully before placing your order. The material of the product is clearly mentioned in each product description. Replacements will not be provided if you ordered the wrong material.
Important Notice 3: Please review the reference photos on the product page to see how the product looks from the top, bottom, and sides. There will be no replacements if you did not view the side images and had different expectations. Rest assured, our products are carefully designed to be protective from all 4 sides, and the raised lip on the top and bottom protects your phone from any accidental falls.
Important Notice 4: WE DON’T PROVIDE REFUND OR RETURN. WE ONLY PROVIDE REPLACEMENTS, AND THEY WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7-8 DAYS.
To File a Replacement Request, Follow These 3 Easy Steps:
- Go to the "Order History" page.
- Open the order for which you want to place the replacement request.
- Click on the "Replacement" button next to the product you want to replace.
