How does the delivery process work?

Once we receive your order, we immediately start manufacturing your ordered products.
After your ordered phone covers are manufactured, they are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
After passing the final round of quality checks, they are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

We prepare, manufacture, pack, and ship your order to the courier partners within 24 hours. We always try to ship orders through the fastest available courier service for your Pincode.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in premium corrugated boxes and then in a courier polybag. Each individual product is wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure secure delivery and to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and tracking URL.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse.

Estimated delivery time

We usually dispatch most orders within 24 hours from our warehouse.

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3 to 6 days in metro cities and 4 to 8 days in non-metro cities.
