Caszoid offers a 7-day replacement guarantee only in cases where the issue is from our side.
Replacements are applicable in the following cases:
•Defective or damaged products received
•Mistaken designs printed by us
•Wrong phone models sent mistakenly by us
 
⚠ Please note: Replacements are not applicable for reasons from the customer’s side (e.g., wrong model or design chosen by the customer).

All our products are 100% quality checked before being dispatched and are packed carefully to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

However, in the unlikely event of any damage during transit, or if the product is received in an unusable condition, you can request a replacement. Our team will help you in the best way possible.

You will need to send us a short video via email (caszoidofficial@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 81269 26998) explaining the issue and why the product is unusable. Our team will ensure the issue is resolved promptly.


Replacement Terms & Conditions:

  • Replacement/Exchange will be provided within 7 days if you have received the product in an unusable condition.


Important Notices:

Color Variations:

  • Due to differences in monitor and phone screen settings (brightness/contrast), color variations may occur.

  • Replacements will not be provided for minor color differences.

Product Material:

  • The material of the product is clearly mentioned in the product description.

  • Replacements will not be provided if the wrong material was ordered by mistake.

Product Design:

  • Please check all product reference images, including top, bottom, and side views, before ordering.

  • No replacements will be provided if design expectations differ from actual product due to not reviewing product images.

  • All Caszoid cases are designed for 4-side protection with raised lips on top and bottom for extra safety.


How to File a Replacement Request:

  1. Note your Order ID from the Order History page.

  2. Send the defect/damage video to our WhatsApp (+917907530125) with your Order ID.

  3. Our team will verify your request, and if valid, process the replacement promptly.
